Here you will find information on fitness sessions that you can do to supplement any group training sessions.

Fitness Session Plan

We'll try to vary the sessions between sprints and circuits.  During the first session we will complete a simple fitness assessment, and this will be repeated at intervals throughout the season to see how you're getting on!

Some of you will have done the 'beach' plan before, or at least stuff very like it.  The session is based on a 'SNERTZ' but is not quite as mental.  You should, however, still be prepared to work hard and hurt afterwards! Each week gets a little harder with additional reps and longer distances.
